Welcome to week 5! If you have taken the challenges for the entire first month, you are a beast! (Think of that in a good way). If you have accepted the challenges for the last two weeks, nice job! This week we will be performing six different exercises to measure ourselves. If you continue to workout or take on the weekly challenges, you will see improvement. This week we want to get a baseline, so at the end of the year, you will see and celebrate your progress. No matter how long it takes you to do the following exercises, if you continue to workout, you will improve! Your body is designed to get stronger or get weaker. The great thing is, you get to choose which one your body will do!

Every exercise in the table below is done for time. So start your stopwatch and perform the assigned number of each exercise as fast as you can. Pick the level you want to do and stay at that level for the entire week.
